Directions:

Page Meadows

From  North Lake Tahoe

From Hwy 28 turn left on to hwy 89 in Tahoe city

Around 2 miles from the hwy junction turn right on to Pine Ave

Then turn right on Tahoe Parks Heights, drive .07 miles to the top of a hill and 4 way intersection. Take the middle road, Big Pine, and proceed 0.25 miles to a left hand turn onto Silvertip Drive, follow till the end of the road where it dead ends to the meeting spot.

Tahoe Meadows

From North Lake Tahoe

If driving up from Lake Tahoe, park on the RIGHT side of HWY 431, just where the tree line ends at the beginning of the meadow. You will park across from the gated entrance to the road into Incline Lake. This is the south side of the highway and the west end of the meadow, in the non-motorized area.

Martis Peak

From North Lake Tahoe

If driving from Kings Beach, take HWY 267 towards Truckee. Pass the Brockway Tahoe Rim Trail trailhead, and after you reach the summit of the highway travel less than ¼ mile. The Martis Peak access road will be on the right hand side of the HWY, Forest Service Road 16N92. It is closed with a gate in the winter, with limited parking in front of the gate. Carpool if you can!

Castle Rock

From North Lake Tahoe

To the Kingsbury North trailhead: From Stateline or South Lake Tahoe, take HWY 207 and just before the summit turn Left onto Benjamin Drive (which becomes Andria Dr) and drive 2 miles to the dead end.

Space is limited; please call the TRTA office at (775) 298-0012 or email programs@tahoerimtrail.org to reserve your spot. These may not be the best snowshoe hike’s for children under 10.
