DESCRIPTION:[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=””] \nDescription\nThe Tahoe Rim Trail Association and Lake Tahoe Yoga are partnering for a wellness series that combines our iconic trail system with holistic practices to help you slow down and take in the wonder of the world around you. \nThis event starts with a gentle yoga movement practice at the Lake Tahoe Yoga studio. Then we will transition to the Kingsbury North trailhead and hike the Castle Rock loop trail. \nHelpful notes: \n\nParticipants are expected to provide their own transportation between the Lake Tahoe Yoga studio and the Kingsbury North / Castle Rock trailhead.\nMaterials\, including yoga mats\, will be provided.\nAll are welcome to participate in this event regardless of experience.\n\nWhat to Expect\nTRTA treks are group treks\, and we do our best to keep the group together. Trip leaders dedicate a great deal of their time throughout the year sharing their passion for the outdoors. They are well-trained and experienced.
