Then we will transition to the Kingsbury North trailhead and hike the Castle Rock loop trail. \nHelpful notes: \n\nParticipants are expected to provide their own transportation between the Lake Tahoe Yoga studio and the Kingsbury North / Castle Rock trailhead.\nMaterials\, including yoga mats\, will be provided.\nAll are welcome to participate in this event regardless of experience.\n\nWhat to Expect\nTRTA treks are group treks\, and we do our best to keep the group together.
