Join us on Saturday, June 7 as we roll up our sleeves for National Trails Day and give back to the places we love. This year’s project focuses on the new highway crossing reroute at Big Meadow Trailhead- a key improvement for a safer, more enjoyable trail experience.
Why It Matters
Trails don’t maintain themselves—it takes a community. In partnership with American Hiking Society, we’re uniting with tens of thousands of outdoor enthusiasts, trail groups, public agencies, and local businesses to maintain, protect, and celebrate our public lands.
What to Expect
Morning:
– Meet in Meyers and shuttle to the Big Meadow Trailhead
– Morning welcome and Trailhead Debrief
Midday:
– Walk to the worksite and dive into trail work together.
– No prior experience needed!
Afternoon:
– At 2:00 PM, we’ll wrap up and shuttle back to The Divided Sky for a well-earned celebration with appetizers and drinks provided by our generous hosts.
Be Part of the Movement
