Go Take A Hike!

Whether you are looking to complete the entire Tahoe Rim Trail, or simply get a little fresh air for an afternoon, we have you covered. All hikes are guided by well-trained TRTA Volunteer Guides and offer a variety of end goals from learning a new wildflower to hiking the entire Tahoe Rim Trail in a summer. Let’s take a hike! Please note, that the TRTA does not offer guided horseback rides. 

Hike with a Daypack

Guided Day Hikes

Go on an educational day hike with our trained and knowledgeable guides and a local expert.

Guided Segment Hikes

Hike a segment of the TRT a week. We will hike all segments throughout the summer, so this is a great way to hike all 165 miles.

Hike with an Overnight Pack

Guided Multi-Day Backpack Trips

Don’t have time to hike all of the TRT? That doesn’t mean you can’t hike some of the TRT. Spend 4 or 5 days with us and backpack a ~quarter of the trail.
