Tahoe Summer Exploration Series: Wildflower Walk at Page Meadows with TINS

Description

Join Tahoe Institute for Natural Science’s naturalist, Sarah Hockensmith on a stroll at Page Meadows in search of mountain wildflowers and birds on Tahoe’s West Shore. Begin the day at 9:30 AM, searching for plants and all things nature around the meadows of Tahoe City. Expect to walk about two miles. We hope to see you there.

What to Expect

TRTA outings are group outings, and we do our best to keep the group together. Trip leaders dedicate much of their time throughout the year, sharing their passion for the outdoors. They are well-trained and experienced. Please respect their decisions made on the trail.

COVID-19 Policy

Do not attempt to join if you have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms as outlined by the Center for Disease Control within 10 days of the trek: shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, cough, congestion, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, loss of taste, or smell. Do not attempt to join if you have been or may have been exposed to someone that has or may have COVID-19 within 10 days of the trek.
